3D
There’s a relationship between 2D and 3D in both the art studio and the biolab. We make 2D systems and images and get 2D information that is supposed to represent something that exists in 3D out in the world or inside ourselves. I want to challenge this, as I’m used to working in 2D I’m using recycled bits of luminous thermoplastic to create a 3D sculpture of a neural stem cell from my 2D drawings.
